EasyUSA.com is operated by Chengs Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a U.S.-based wholesale footwear distributor headquartered at 68 Broad St., Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Our brands include Easy USA and Wave. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms include Chengs Enterprises, Inc. and its associated websites, including EasyUSA.com, EasyUSAShoes.com, and ChengInc.com.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place orders with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this website or place an order. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our website is intended for use by U.S.-based individuals and businesses. We currently ship only within the United States.

3. Account Registration

You may browse our website without creating an account. To access certain features — such as saved addresses, payment methods, order history, or wholesale account functionality - you may be required to register for an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

4. Wholesale Accounts

We sell products on both a retail and wholesale basis. Customers seeking to establish a wholesale account may be required to provide:

  • Business name and contact information
  • Tax identification number (EIN) or resale certificate, where required
  • Purchase order numbers
  • Other documentation we reasonably request to verify wholesale eligibility

Approval of a wholesale account is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate wholesale account status at any time.

There are no minimum order quantity or dollar amount requirements to place an order.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time
  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Discontinue any product without notice
  • Modify prices without prior notice

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale without an approved wholesale account, orders that exceed available inventory, or orders that we suspect involve fraud or misuse.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation and/or ship the goods.

We also accept orders placed by phone or email. Orders placed through these channels are subject to the same Terms.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amounts charged.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms have been arranged in writing for approved wholesale accounts.

We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover

Wallets: Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay

We also accept manual payment methods as presented at checkout. Available payment methods are subject to change.

For phone or email orders, payment is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not retain your full payment card number in our records.

Approved wholesale customers may be eligible for net payment terms as separately agreed in writing. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension of your account and assessment of applicable late fees as permitted by law.

8. Shipping, Local Delivery, and In-Store Pickup

We ship only within the United States. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

For larger or freight shipments, delivery arrangements will be coordinated with you prior to shipment and require your approval.

We also offer:

  • Local delivery using our own personnel for eligible orders in our service area
  • In-store pickup at our Carlstadt, NJ location for customers who prefer to collect their order directly

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipped orders, or upon your collection for in-store pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight shipments. Local delivery and in-store pickup options are presented at checkout where available.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

  • Defective products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at contact@chengsinc.com with a description and photos of the issue.
  • Incorrect shipments: If we ship the wrong product, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

We will review all return requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above criteria.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on EasyUSA.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and the overall design of the website — is the property of Chengs Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, brand names (Easy USA, Wave), or logos.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our website and purchase of our products is at your own risk.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
