Your customer receives the case pack with no Easy USA pricing or invoice inside.
Choose in your cart. Either way, we pack the full case and hand it to the carrier.

No. We only dropship full case packs with the listed size assortment, never loose or individual pairs. You can mix different styles in one order, as long as each is a full case pack. Case packs vary by style, so check the product page before you order.
No. Each order ships to one address. Place a separate order for each customer.
No. We never put Easy USA pricing or invoices in a dropship package.
Yes. Choose “Ship on my UPS account” in the cart, enter your account number and confirm you’re authorized to bill it. At checkout, pick “My UPS account”. Easy USA charges $0 for shipping and UPS bills your account. We only need the account number, never your UPS login or password, and we verify the account before shipping.
Yes. Choose “I’ll send my own shipping labels” in the cart and pick “My shipping labels” ($0) at checkout. After ordering, email the labels with your order number to contact@chengsinc.com. We print them and put them on the case.
Yes. Enter your PO number in the PO # field in the cart. For a packing slip, choose “I’ll email my own packing slip”, then after ordering email it with your order number to contact@chengsinc.com. We hold the order until it arrives.
Tick “Request a custom sender name on the label” in the cart and email us the name. We’ll confirm what the carrier label can show before shipping.
If Easy USA ships it, it goes out like any other order. If you’re using your own UPS account, your own labels or your own packing slip, we hold the order until we’ve confirmed the details, then ship it.
