Cheng's Enterprise, Inc. was incorporated in 1982 and began in retail at a gift shop on Bergenline Avenue in Union City, New Jersey. The assortment was broad and the operation was small, but the idea behind it was clear: offer useful products at prices that help customers succeed.

In 1984, the company began wholesaling shoes and toys. As demand grew, the business expanded beyond the storefront, opened its first North Bergen warehouse, added warehouse staff, and later moved into a larger facility. Those early years taught us the value of having inventory ready and treating every order with care.

Over time, footwear became our focus and wholesale became our business. Printed catalogs gave way to our first website and then a more capable online store. We launched the EasyUSA and Wave brands to give buyers dependable, affordable footwear backed by a New Jersey team that understands the needs of independent retailers.
