Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Order as much or as little as you need — all products are sold by the full case only.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse all products without signing in. To view pricing or place an order, you'll be asked to sign in or create an account using a one-time code sent to your email — no password needed. It only takes a moment and lets you save your payment info and track your orders going forward.
How is shipping handled?
Most orders ship UPS Ground. For larger orders — generally over 150 lbs — freight (LTL) is usually cheaper, so we offer a “Get a freight quote” option at checkout. Within 30 miles of our Carlstadt, NJ warehouse, enter your address at checkout to check if you qualify for free local delivery.
How does the "Get a freight quote" option work?
If you select “Get a freight quote” at checkout, your card is not charged when you submit the order. Our team compares available shipping options and emails you the lowest rate. We wait for your approval before charging your card — once approved, we charge the merchandise and shipping total and begin processing your order.
The “Free” amount shown next to this option means nothing is charged when you submit — it does not mean shipping itself is free.
When will my card be charged?
For standard UPS or local-delivery orders, your card is charged when you place your order. If you request a freight quote instead, your card isn't charged until you approve the rate we email you.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship directly to international destinations. If you're outside the US, you'll need a US-based freight forwarder to receive the shipment — a common setup for Caribbean customers is a forwarder in Miami, FL. Provide us their US address and we'll ship there with the necessary documentation.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes. Add your products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and under Delivery select Pick Up at our Carlstadt, NJ location. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay online. For large wholesale orders, we also accept bank wire transfer for vetted customers — contact us to arrange.
